Edward W. Wood’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business law. Mr. Wood regularly counsels clients, including banks, financial institutions and others, on a wide range of matters including real estate sales and acquisitions, wills, trusts, and estates, asset protection, business structure, formation, and transactions, commercial loan workouts, restructuring, and financing, and real estate litigation. Additionally, Mr. Wood has extensive experience acting as both closing/title agent or counsel representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in all manner of real estate transactions. Prior to his career in the legal profession, Mr. Wood worked in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate for a large super-regional bank.
